Cinnamon Monkey Bread - NOT WLS friendly
I thought I would post a KID fun recipe for the holidays. I can even make it LOL. Very easy for the baking challenged.
Cinnamon Monkey Bread
4 tubes (7-1/2 oz each) Buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup melted Margarine, or butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces, shape into balls. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in cinnamon-sugar. Arrange evenly in a greased 10 inch fluted tube pan (bundt pan also). Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
Combine brown sugar and margarine; pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting bread onto a serving platter. Yield 1 loaf

I have also made these in my Pampered Chef 4 loaf stone. And gave away, of course!!
I hope you enjoy the fun and ease of making these. Perry's family loves having it on Christmas morning with coffee or cocoa. It is also called pull apart bread.
Enjoy!
